How can I do a recharge?
Vi Mobile recharge can be done either online via the Vi website and Vi App or offline by visiting a Vi retail outlet.
To Recharge Online via the Vi Website:
1) Visit the Online Mobile rechargepage on the Vi Website
2) Enter your Vi prepaid mobile number and amount of recharge
3) Or browse through the available packs and select a suitable pack
4) Click on “Buy Pack” and choose from the multiple payment options to complete your order
5) Once the transaction is successful, the selected pack will be activated for your number
To Recharge via Vi App
1) Download the Vi App login with your Vi prepaid number
2) From the homepage click on “Recharge now”
3) Select a pack based on your requirements
4) Select a payment method and proceed to pay
5) Post successful payment your recharge will reflect in your Vi account
